Jesse James moving to Austin by end of June
Jesse James, estranged husband of actress Sandra Bullock, is moving to Austin, according to his lawyer. “He intends to move at the end of the month, he’s got a need to be there,” an article on People.com quotes the lawyer, John Schilling, as saying. Schilling declined to comment on whether or not James was relocating from Los Angeles specifically to be closer to Bullock, who lives in Austin (James owns Austin Speed Shop, a custom car business, here).
People nabbed the scoop following a child custody hearing in Orange County, Calif. between James and his ex-wife Janine Lindemulder, who contends that the move will take her daughter, Sunny, away. The article suggested that Lindemulder may also relocate.
Bullock, who was wed to James for five years, filed divorce papers on April 23 after revelations of James’ infidelity. In March, James apologized to Bullock and his children for his “poor judgment” and asked Bullock for forgiveness.

And we care because...?
I'm really sick of hearing about Californians moving to Austin. When we lived in Colorado (the only state that hates Californians more than Texas), all we ever heard from our UPS delivery man was how people like us had screwed him out of the chance to buy a house. I couldn't make the connection. We purchased a 25 year old house and our income was considerably higher. I finally got so sick of hearing about it I asked him where he was from. "New York" he replied. Everybody comes from somewhere but this bizarre proprietary attitude from Austinites who like to think themselves open and warm and friendly is so unfriendly and mean natured it's hard to take anything you post with sincerity seriously. Wanna sell your house? Hope somebody from another state wants to buy it because Austin people tend to stay put. It's because businesses move here that people move here. If they didn't, your taxes would be much higher and your cost of living would be obscene. Oh, and you wouldn't have any jobs because there wouldn't be large employers in the area. Austin doesn't just come with it's own pool of talent, they moved here. Y'all need a reality check. You'd like Arizona. Move there.

Man, Sandra appears to be sure a nice, beautiful person. I would definitely like to meet her and have the opportunity to romance her. She deserves a cool gentleman, intelligent, thoughtful and well rounded. After the nightmare with James, she deserves to be treated with love and respect. I am her man. Tell me where I might run into her.

I'll take a guess and bet that the majority of the commenter’s have moved to Austin from out of state in the last 10 years. I hope that Jesse and Sandra reconcile and live a long happy life together.

Its really pitiful that people can't get a second chance.Yes,what he did
was wrong,but he manned up and is now trying to be a better person.I
guess that all of these people that keep putting him down have never made a mistake in their lives.So he has tattoos,there is nothing wrong with that,I myself have them,never judge a book by its cover.For everyone that wants to negatively judge someone without even knowing them or by what they read in the tabloids,carma comes back to bite you.I can't wait until it does.Jesse,you and your family are welcomed to Austin with open arms from me and my family.
