He's worked at the American-Statesman for 10 years and has written family movie and video game reviews as well as watched lots of TV. Dale directs, writes and performs with Austin's Gag Reflex comedy ensemble, is a freelance illustrator and has contributed stories and reviews to Macworld magazine. He lives in Round Rock with his wife, two children and a dog named Apollo who barks whenever he hears another dog bark on television.

Hi, John! Minka Kelly's Lyla Garrity will be getting a "goodbye arc" in the new season that will run across several episodes. She shot a pilot for a CW series called "Body Politic," but the network passed on it. Its creators tried to interest ABC and NBC in picking up the series but so far neither network has. The other thing Kelly's got in the can is a film called "The Roommate" which is going to be released in 2010. It's a thriller about coeds. Hope that helps!

When I look at these pictures, I don't see Minka Kelly and that makes me less eager than I was a year ago for the return of FNL.
Meanwhile, does anybody know what's up next for Minka's career? How about a nice comedy/variety show, say five nights a week for an hour a night? What a great idea! I must be a programming genius!

Cap. 1 - Honey, I know you don't look as good in red as you did in blue, but just so you know...I saved money on my Geico insurance. Cap 2 - I can't read the small print answers I wrote on the back of this dude's shirt. Cap 3 - Do we get to do more than leg wrestle this season?
