Friday Night Lights: Who made the squad?
AccessHollywood.com has the inside scoop on who’s on and off the team at “Friday Night Lights.” The site reports that stars Connie Britton and Kyle Chandler, who play principal Tami Taylor and coach Eric Taylor, will return for the show’s presumed final two seasons. Aimee Teegarden, who plays the couple’s daughter, Julie, will also return.
Taylor Kitsch (Tim Riggins) and Jesse Plemons (Landry Clarke) will also be back.
Minka Kelly (Lyla Garrity) and Adrienne Palicki (Tyra Collette) should show up for a couple of episodes next season, AccessHollywood.com’s sources say.
“And in total touchdown casting news for die hard “Lights” fans,” the site reports, “Zach Gilford (Matt Saracen) will return for five to seven episodes of the new season, where the guy who is best known for taking care of everyone else in his life is said to have a major new storyline that involves him taking charge and taking care of himself.”
