Not to sound too salesy, but if you log on to www.att.com/blueroom you can watch live web casts of the whole show - every day, every stage - from the comfort of your home. August weather and expensive beer is going to keep me right at home watching it that way. I will, however, hit up the after parties when the weather has cooled down some.
YES!!! Last year was my first ACL Fest. I volunteered as an Info Dude (which was great fun and I would highly recommend it to anyone). But this year, I’m going to be selfish all three days and indulge in as much music, dust and heat as I can stand. Wooo hooo!! Can’t wait!
Meh, too hot and too many people for not enough bands I care about. I’ll catch some of the after parties though. Always seemed to me that the tourists go to ACL and the locals just catch the shows with the artists they like in the bars and clubs afterwards.
im totally stoked about seeing tom petty!!! he totally fantabulous! im pretty excited about fridays line up! I think its gonna be a spectacular event! i have lots of fun clothes alreadt picked out…email some info on the hottest mellow party…like with tom petty
