Wyatt Brand Open House

For years, David and Rachel Wyatt worked out of their house.

The pair of marketers always encoutnered questions about the relatively presentable state of the house for clients and the normal intrusions of domestic life.

So, in December, Wyatt Brand finally moved into professional offices. And as befits a tiny company that services mostly creative industries, theirs is a crisp, mod, yet comfy suite of semi-private spaces for themselves (they share a room), and the employees they’ve recently hired.

Their open house on Friday served as an informal art opening as well, since all the work on the walls looked gallery-ready.

A parade of creative types trooped through the narrow spaces, nibbling snacks and downing bottled water.

The place is on Leland off South Congress, right in front of Scott Creamer’s design firm, which held an open house not long ago. Nice to have them in the hood.
