Angelina Jolie in Bastrop
We’ve now received several credible reports that queen of Hollywood Angelina Jolie has been spotted around Bastrop. She has also been polling local chefs for a cook to service the Brangelina crew while Brad Pitt is making “The Tree of Life” in nearby Smithville. (The golden couple, pregnant again, pictured here in an Associated Press photo by Matt Sayles.)In other Austin movies/celebrity news, “Will,” the battle of the bands movie starring Vanessa Hudgens and Lisa Kudrow, needs more more bodies. To appear in the Bandslam climactic scene to be filmed in the University of Texas’ Hogg Auditorium on Sunday, contact Beth Sepko Casting in advance at 472-5385, ext. 1.
Also, if you watched very closely, Austin actress Amparo Garcia-Crow could be seen at the Independent Film’s Spirit Awards ceremony Saturday in a clip from nominated film “Loaves and Fishes.” Garcia plans to step down as the director of the recently opened Mexican American Cultural Center so she can concentrate on her acting career again.

Don't believe one word from any public figure about the economy. They are all part of the problem. Its like a game of Monopoly. The richest 1% now, own 1/2 of ALL UNITED STATES WEALTH. Unlike 'lesser' estimates, this includes all stocks, bonds, cash, and material assets. Now, a recession is inevitable. The middle class can no longer afford to sustain their share of the economy. But the rich won't stop. They will do whatever it takes to get even richer. This is going to end just like a game of Monopoly. A total collapse of the US economy. Probably within a decade. The richest 1% will live like royalty, while the rest of us fight over jobs, food, and gasoline. Don't fall for this 'good will' BS from celebrities and executives. Remember. They are filthy rich EVEN AFTER their tax deductible contributions. Greedy pigs. Now, we are headed for the worst US depression of all time. Crime, poverty, and suicide will skyrocket. SEND A 'THANK YOU' NOTE TO YOUR FAVORITE MILLIONAIRE. ITS THEIR FAULT. I'm not discounting other factors like China, sub-prime, or gas prices. But all those factors combined pale in comparison to the increduble greed of the 1% club. Please copy and help spread the word.

That's fun. I hope they're able to enjoy the area without too much trouble from the paparazzi because you know as soon as this leaked out they're on their way.
And um, duh little Shiloh is their bio baby. She's so cute

Uh, what about Shiloh? Not the fruit of Brangelina's loins?

"Pregnant again?" Has Brangelina ever been pregnant? Don't think so. All kids are adopted.

They should get Slick Johnson over in Fredricksburg to do the cooking. He's a great chef and can handle the crowd. I have his contact info. Lemme know

Filming on "Tree of Life" begins Monday. Today, the film crew arrived enmasse and a few blocks were closed off for camera testing. 1950's cars line some of the streets. Doesn't look like fans will be able to get anywhere near the filming, as several blocks are closed off in each direction. The Smithville police officers have the air of secret service agents.
