Friday music links: Eddie Vedder. Willie Nelson
Eddie Vedder’s solo show at Bass Concert Hall sold out, but he’s playing a second night April 28. More info here.
Does Willie still have weed woes? It’s unclear whether his 2010 marijuana arrest was ever settled. In other news, the country legend recently signed a five-album deal with Sony’s Legacy Recordings. Expect the first album this spring. The deal will also involve the release of previously unheard material.

White Denim included on Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue soundtrack
Bikinis! Models! White Denim! Well, kind of. Austin’s White Denim is one of 17 bands whose music will be featured on si.com to help launch its annual swimsuit issue, the magazine announced this week. They’ll also play a two-day festival (booked by C3, according to Billboard) in Las Vegas along with the Black Lips, Delta Spirit and others. White Denim won’t actually appear in the swimsuit issue, however.
