KUT’s Pinetop report wins award
KUT has won three regional Edward R. Murrow awards recognizing excellence in electronic journalism, including best feature for Andy Uhler’s “Texas Music Matters” profile of Joe Willie “Pinetop” Perkins.
KUT news won its first award for overall excellence and “Lost and Found at the Border” won as best documentary. The national awards will be announced in October.
