The Marleys and K’naan at Antone’s in May was one of the most amazing shows I’ve ever seen. I laughed, I cried, I screamed. A lot. The Marleys (Damian in particular) represented, but K’naan blew my mind. That kid is an inspiration. I’ll definitely be watching for him in 2008.

Lindsey Buckingham this January at the Hogg Auditorium on campus was such an awesome intimate experience with a legendary composer, singer, and guitarist.
I was lucky enough to also see Wolfmother at Stubbs BBQ in June. That was the best rock show I’ve seen since 1993’s Pearl Jam. What an awesome new Aussie band.
