That was me dressed as Jesus holding that sign. You see, I am a Veteran from this current war in Iraq. I signed up because of 9-11 and went to Kuwait in Feburary 2003 then Iraq in March 2003 with the 82 Airborne Division. My MOS was 11C1P. That means my job was Airborne Infantry as a Mortorman (81s). When I came back I had a tranformation, long story made short. And I filed for Concientious Objector based on beliefs of Jesus’s teachings. I was then released as such with a Honorable Discharge. When I was thumbing through the left over magazines at the library, I saw the Febuary 2003 edition of newsweek magazine. On the cover was a picture of Bush praying with the Title “Bush and God”. I am tired of how this corrupt administration uses their Christianity to justify this war. When Jesus tuaght us to Love our Enemy, turn the other cheek, drop out sword, and to remove the log from our own eye, he made a clear message that we do not use violence to fix our problems. That makes Bush, and all the Christian who support war, fakes. I have come to bring the truth, not as Jesus, but as myself, Hart Viges. The truth is that when you love your enemy you cease to have any enemies. Peace, Hart
