Well, we have already paid well over $100 for tics to ACL and another $55 on top of that would not be in our budget. I think Bob should let those who have ACL tics into his show for free.

If you can’t afford $55.00 a ticket, I surprized you have the money to be on the internet to respoind to this blog.

If you weren’t stoned all the time, maybe you could get a good job.

Bob…you’ve lost that “revolutionary, rebel without a cause” appeal. You’re a grouchy old man..living in the past. We should pay a whole lotta money to see you and hear you slaughter tunes that we don’t even recognize? No thanks Bobby boy. I’ll take my money and have a few stouts with friends at the Gingerman. Enjoy the revolution, Bob!

It’s amazing, I wouldn’t assume the person who can’t afford $55 for a ticket is a stoner, but a person who makes four typos in 37 words? Glass houses, you know.

Ruben Ramos didn’t win a Grammy on his own. He won it with a group “Los Super Seven”

Bob should NOT allow ACL ticket holders in for free. Ticker holders aren’t anything special…its ACL, not a real festival. Ill wait and see all my bands in a real show, instead of the classic ACL 45 minute set. Who puts sts9 in an afternoon slot…lame (and just one example of lame). Not to mention, ticket holders only paid $65 to be a ticket holder 3 years ago. Anyone who hasn’t been, will soon find out that Dylan at ACL will not be near the show as the one at Stubbs. All my opinion of course.

Driving in from Waco for this great event. $55.00 is worth every penny for my husband’s 55th birthday. Only thing……..I’ve been told you STAND through the performance….is this true???? Anybody that knows, please let me know. (It’s been a long time, ya know!) It won’t stop us though! We are great Bob Dylan fans!

Hi Susan,

Yes it is true that you have to stand through most shows in Austin esp Stubbs. However, if you have a disability and cannot stand for long periods or time they MAY be able to accomodate you. I suggest you give the venue a call and see what they have to say about it.

The number is 512.480.8341.

Good Luck!

Sarah, Thanks so much for your response. Unfortunately, we were unable to get tickets. Maybe another time. I sure hope so because there aren’t many entertainers that we like in Waco!!! We even had a place to spend the night in Austin!! I am able to stand - but not for a long time. Again, thanks so much for your help! Did you get tickets?????????
