Kindle will begin rehab next week

Sergio Kindle remains hospitalized in Dallas with a fractured skull, but should be transferred to a Dallas rehab facility next week, Baltimore Ravens coach John Harbaugh told the Baltimore Sun on Wednesday.

“He’s in great spirits,” said Harbaugh, who spoke with Kindle on Tuesday night.

Kindle, who was injured in late July after falling down two flights of stairs while at a friend’s house in Austin, is expected to miss all of training camp.

Harbaugh has confirmed that Kindle — the team’s second-round draft pick who still is unsigned — suffers from the sleeping disorder narcolepsy.
