Perry goal: Significance
Gov. Rick Perry on his goal for the upcoming Legislative session and his next four years as the state’s CEO:
“There are no second rate dreams, no second class citizens in this place we call Texas. My goal as governor is not merely success, but significance.
“We have a great opportunity to make a significant difference for future Texans and it is that cause for which I will labor for the next four years.”

How can the Governor be expected to leave any significant work behind when on the Sunday prior to the election he professed his belief that all who do not pray in the manner he does are going to hell?
What expectations could be drawn from an individual with such an extreme and narrow view?
I suppose that accomplishments that affect only
a narrow group of Texans could be expected.

Molly Ivins calls this idiot something like Good Hair. How 'bout Lighter Than Air. Nitwit might as well have said he was a Uniter, or a Decider. Tejas, Where They Breed Extremely Stupid Governors (Even If They're Really From Connecticut.)
And if somebody actually believes Rick Perry prays, I've got a lunatic truck driver from Cleveland that was going to cut down the Brooklyn Bridge with a torch to sell them. Praying requires reflection, no matter who or what your praying to. This W clone's too shallow for reflection.
