Your weekend fitness lineup!

Swim, bike, run (in high heels, if you like), stand-up paddle or listen to an alpinist talk about what it’s like to climb a monster peak in Pakistan in winter — it’s all part of your weekend fitness lineup, Austin!
Here are details of some of the best events:
- The SUP Games — Stand-up paddlers will take to Quarry Lake from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, battling it out in events including a slalom buoy course, jousting, an obstacle course and a “water war.” Also on tap? A Dash for Cash, costume contest, SUP demos and an attempt to break the world record for cramming as many people as possible onto one gigantic SUP board named SUPzilla (the record is 31). Plus a beer garden and food court. Registration is $45 today or $60 the day of the event; a portion of proceeds benefits the Flatwater Foundation. Boards available for rent. Participants must be 18 or older. For more information go here.
- Ironman 70.3 Austin — Athletes will swim 1.2 miles, cycle 56 miles and run 13.1 miles Sunday in this half Ironman triathlon, which weaves through Walter E. Long Park, the shores of Decker Lake, rolling Texas farmland and the Travis County Expo Center grounds, finishing inside Luedecke Arena. The event offers a total professional prize purse of $15,000 and 40 coveted age group slots to the 2012 Marine Corps Ironman World Championship 70.3 next September in Las Vegas.
