Slim and Tone Pilates I deserve this DVD because I live in such a rural area I have to drive an hour, minimum to get to a class like this. Please help this poor country out. I could maybe trade for a donkey or coyote if you want.

I would love to have the Dances of India DVD. It sounds like a great way to get a workout and have some fun. This would be an awesome tool in my get-fit arsenal!!

Sounds like the 10 minute solution would be ideal. This is something you can watch and probably learn to do and whenever your in a workout mood. But not full workout, you can do one of the 5 workouts. It’s always good to do quick exercise to get your heart rate up and burning calories is always a bonus. That is the video I would like and why! ;-)

I totally deserve the 10 Minute Solution. I am a full-time teacher, a full-time mom of 2, a full-time wife, a full-time grad student, and a part-time consultant, with no time to spare. Between the breakfasts/lunches/dinners, bathtime/storytimes/bedtimes, and the faculty meetings/class meetings/family meetings I’ve lost any contact I had at one time with the gym. I could really use the physical fitness and the mental calmness that I enjoyed from working out. I’d hope that with a quick option like this, I could get that part of myself back!

The Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga is the one for me! Eight months after birth, I’ve lost the baby weight but everything is re-arranged, saggy and migrated to the waistline. I’m working on that but I need yoga for flexibility and to recenter, regain some energy. Energy?? Can’t remember what that is anymore!

I’d love the ”Dances of India, Urban Bhangra Bounce” DVD. I’ve always wanted to try the Bollywood dance classes but would feel much more comfortable doing so in the comfort of my living room - plus I hear it’s a great workout!

I need the 10 minute solution because I only have 10 spare minutes a day - 5 days a week. I can’t dance, I can’t get preganant, and I’m not European(pilates)get it..commercial. The only solution for me is the 10 minute solution.
