In more than two decades at the Statesman, Mike's been a copy editor, Sunday editor, Page 1 designer and, for the past 14 years, XL art director. UPDATE From Addie Broyles, Jan. 20: “The owner e-mailed me today that they’ve just changed their name from Flippin’ Grazin’ to Wholly Cow Burgers.”
Open: Flippin’ Grazin’, a burger joint inside the Star Grill Food Mart at 3010 S. Lamar Blvd. Located inside a locally run convenience store, Flippin’ Grazin’ sells freshly made burgers, sliders, chili and cheesesteak sandwiches made from local, grass-fed beef. It also serves other sandwiches, salads, hand-cut onion rings and sweet potato and regular fries. 394-8156.
