The Linkdown for Tuesday, May 4
The Linkdown is not really celebrating Star Wars Day. Maybe 15 years ago, but these days it just brings up painful prequel memories.

- Google is getting into the e-books game. It will begin selling e-books this summer, competing with Apple, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Sony and tons of indie sellers.

- LivingSocial, which has operations in Austin, raises some money, keeps expanding its “Hyperlocal” wares.

- Cirrus Logic is moving downtown.
- Twitter releasing a tool to embed Tweets on Web pages.
