An update to my last post about whether Time Warner Cable Price Lock Guarantee customers will be subject to tiered pricing on Road Runner: the company says they won’t be affected.
In an e-mail, TWC representative Melissa Sorola said:
“This will not affect a customer’s PLG. They will continue to see the benefits of their guaranteed price for the term they have signed up for.
As to the question of whether Earthlink customers will also have to pay tiered pricing for their Internet services, that’s still not completely clear.
