South Austin Brewing Co. sets opening date
It’s time to welcome the next addition to Austin’s burgeoning craft brewing scene.
Mark your calendars for Saturday, February 11, when South Austin Brewing Co. will kick things off in style with a grand opening party from 2 to 7 p.m.
Here’s the word from their facebook page:
“Please join us for authentic Austin music and the first opportunity to try our Belgian-style beer. Brewmaster Jordan Weeks will be on hand to give tours and talk about his specialty Belgian Style Golden Ale and Saison D’Austin. There will be souvenir tasting glasses and Tshirts for sale.”

Their server is either down or misconfigured, you have any more details that would’ve been on the webiste?

Lame, lame, lame………….post this as if every last person on the face of the earth knows where SABC is located. Heightened with a link to SABC that does not work. I had to google SABC to figure out where they are. Great, announce a grand opening and do not inform anyone where it is.

Dan,
Thanks for sharing your comment. I spoke with South Austin Brewing Co., and they said they are having technical difficulties with their website, but it should be back in working order asap.
While I have confidence that everyone knows how to google things, I’ll be more aware that it might be more convenient for readers I do the leg work (via google) and include the address in the blog post in the future.
Thanks!

In case you guys missed the link to the Facebook page (the link is in red, and the sentence starts with “Here’s the word…”), all the info is on that site. Including: address of the brewery, date/time info for the event, and even an email contact for the brewery should you need any more info hand fed to you.
Really smart criticizing the writer when the businesses website isn’t working too.
