“Precious” moment
“Precious” did well on Tuesday.
Gabourey Sidibe, in her first role, was nominated for best actress.
Mo’Nique got her first nom for supporting actress.
Lee Daniels got his first nom for best director.
And the movie also got a nom for adapted screenplay. It was based on the novel “Push” by Sapphire.
