George A. Romero coming to Fantastic Fest

George “Dawn of the Dead” Romero returns to Fantastic Fest after his 2007 appearance as one of the great granddaddies of horror. He will screen his new splatty, disgusto nightmare funfest “Survival of the Dead,” another zombie zinger clogged with blood and guts and tattered flesh and now I’m hungry.

Fantastic Fest happens Sept. 24 — Oct. 1 at the Alamo South. More on Romero’s appearance HERE.
