‘So You Think You Can Dance’ tour rolls into Austin
We’re not good enough for the “Idols Live!” tour but, apparently, the folks behind “So You Think You Can Dance” think Austin’s A-OK.
The show’s 2008 tour will make a stop at UT’s Erwin Center Oct. 12. Tickets — ranging in price from $35 to $54.50 — go on sale at Texas Box Office locations this Saturday at 10 a.m.
Like “Idols Live!,” “Dance’s” road show will feature performances by the season’s top 10 performers: Chelsie, Comfort, Courtney, Gev, Joshua, Katee, Kherington, Mark, Twitch and Will. Jessica, who recently left following an “unfortunate injury,” may take part if she’s healed, according to a news release.
If you can’t wait till October, get your “Dance” fix Wednesdays at 7 p.m. and Thursdays at 8 p.m. on Fox.
